Programmable Ignition system for Suzuki FXR 150's
Please note this unit includes FastBikeGears plug and play configuration.
We supply the units pre-programmed to suit Suzuki FXR150s and with the correct plug on them to make these a plug and play installation. We have optimised our FXR150 map on the Dyno on a mildly tuned FXR 150 motor using NZ 95 octane fuel. Installation takes just a few seconds. Before and after dyno charts available on request.
We saw a very pleasing gain in both hp and torque across the rev range with our map but the main advantage is that with this unit installed you can use one of our Control Shift quick shifters. The Quick shifters come into their own on the starts and also provide faster lap times. Probably worth about 0.2 to 0.4 seconds a lap on a typical bucket track.
All you need to do is unplug your Suzuki ignition unit and plug in the Ignitech unit.
FastBikeGears' configuration includes the facility for a plug and play shift light and a quick shifter connection. Of course if your engine is modified you can simply remap the ignition curve using you PC or laptop to suit your engine.
Ignitech configuration software is included with the unit.
All you need to program this ignition system is a computer running a Microsoft Windows operating system and a serial to USB cable. (which we can also supply) Ignition map is fully programmable or you can simply use our dyno developed map.
