FastBikeGear expressly owns copyright on all original copy on this web site including, but not limited to all original images and product descriptions.

Errors and Omissions
We do not warrant that this web site is free from errors or ommissions. Some information on this site is provided via automated feeds from our product, software and service providers. If you do notice anything that is incorrect, we would be grateful if you would let us know. Please use our contact page to advise us.

We reserve the right to modify all details on this site including but not limited to product descriptions, pricing, images, colour and size options without prior notification.

Apparel exchange
We will gladly exchange any apparel for a smaller or larger replacement of the same item, if you have ordered the incorrect size. Items returned for exchange must:
  • Be unused
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Must include all packaged items
  • Must have all original tags, etc attached
There are no exceptions to the above four conditions

Pick ups
Internet orders can be picked up from our warehouse at certain times of the day. Cash payment can be made at the time of pick up. Please call first to arrange a time.

Delivery Costs
We have a shipping calculator built into our shopping cart. If part of your order is not ready to ship we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm if you want to split the shipment of your order.

PayPal Account payments
Are processed instantly.

Credit Card Payments
Are processed instantly.

Internet bank payments or Direct bank deposit.
Payments made before 11:30am in the morning (excluding Saturday and Sunday) will typically be transfered by the banks into our account on the following working day.

Delivery times
Please note all delivery times quoted below commence from when your payment has been received.

Delivery times - Australia

We send orders in Australia via standard postal services to keep your costs down.
If we are holding the item in our warehouse, our target is to dispatch your order the next business day from our Auckland warehouse. Expect 3-10 working days from the time you place your order.

If the item is advertised on our web site but not in our Auckland warehouse, our target is to deliver your order to you within 9 - 19 days.

Delivery times - New Zealand
We send smaller orders via NZ Courier Post's tracked courier service, larger orders are sent via other tracked courier services. If we are holding the item in our warehouse, our target is to dispatch your order the next business day from our Auckland warehouse. Expect 1-2 working days from the time you place your order.

If the item is advertised on our web site but not in our Auckland warehouse, our target is to deliver your order to you within 6 - 12 days.

The shipping times above are approximate. In some instances you will receive your items(s) earlier or later than the times indicated. This is simply the nature of shipping, and is outside of our control.

Please note - make sure that you provide a shipping address that is attended. If a courier is used and cannot deliver , and needs to bring the ordered item back to their depot, you may be charged for the re-delivery.
FastBikeGear warrants all products we sell for failure due to manufacturing defects for a minimum period of one year.
Our warranty expressly does not cover failure due to: accident damage, or immersion in water.

Additional information may be required for warranty returns, and we may ask you to take photographs of the item(s) 'in situ' in question.

When you return an item under warranty claim we will at our sole discretion either:
  1. send the item back to the manufacturer for repair
  2. send you a new item
  3. replace your item for another item of similar quality and functionality.
We do not provide refunds.

How do I request a warranty return authorisation?
Call or email us for a Warranty Return Authorisation form (we will email this to you). Fill out all required details and Submit. Once reviewed and approved by us, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number, as well as shipping details.

What happens after I have returned the goods?
Exchanges are typically processed within 5 business days once we receive the item back with the RA number. Warranty returns can take a couple of weeks, depending on the type of item and the conditions imposed by the manufacturer. If any item received by you is defective or damaged in transit, it can only be exchanged for the exact same item. Any damaged item received has to be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving. Please note that no items will be accepted unless it has gone through the Return Authorisation process and returned with an RA number.

Please note that we do not provide refunds, unless one of the following conditions are met:

  • We sent you the wrong item, and the item you ordered is not in stock. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund. There are no exceptions.
  • Our system incorrectly indicated the item was in stock when the order was placed. The exceptions to this are if you pay by Internet bank payment or direct bank deposit, and we sold out while waiting to receive your payment into our account. or if your credit card is initially declined, and we sell out before the credit card is accepted.
  • You have ordered an item on back order, and the estimated delivery time is at least 50% longer than that originally communicated to you.
Please note that in addition to the above we will not provide refunds for items:
  • That you have worn
  • That have been fitted to your a bike
  • Have marked, damaged or incomplete packaging
  • That display any signs of wear in any way to any extent
  • That are in any way not in same pristine condition your received them in.
Do you refund shipping charges?
You are responsible for all shipping costs on merchandise being returned to us.

On-line Payment Security

For your security we use PayPal to provide our credit card merchant services. We do not hold any of your credit card details on our servers. All credit card financial processing is handled by PayPal. When you pay us with your credit card through PayPal's merchant services, you don't expose your credit card details to us or any of our computer or software support contractors. 

We believe that our third party credit card processing merchant (PayPal) offers customers the most secure on-line purchasing security and protection available.
